With Kickstarter Fulfilment completed from our end (backers in most territories should now have their books. US backers are waiting on the pallet of US stock to arrive, after which the books will be delivered to all US backers), we are very excited to be able to offer the book to new customers.

Please note that while the limited edition books were a Kickstarter exclusive which sold out during the campaign, a number of backers did not complete payment for their copies at the end of the campaign. As such we have a couple of these books remaining, strictly on a first come first served basis. Never to be reprinted - don’t miss out.
